Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically when you use this Application.

Unless otherwise specified, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and its absence may make it impossible for this Application to provide the Services. In the event that this Application specifies that certain Data are not mandatory, the Users are free not to communicate them without causing consequences on the availability or functioning of the Service.

Users who have doubts about the mandatory Personal Data are invited to contact the Owner. The Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following conditions applies: 
the Users have given their consent for one or more specific purposes; Note: According to certain laws, the Owner may be authorised to process Personal Data until the User objects ("opt-out"), without having to rely on consent or one of the following legal bases. This condition does not apply however when the processing of Personal Data is subject to the European Data Protection Law;
the provision of Data is necessary for the execution of an agreement with the User or for any pre-contractual obligation of the User;
the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Owner is subject;
the processing is related to a task performed in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority vested in the Owner;
the processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Owner or by a third party.

In any case, the Owner will gladly help you to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular if the provision of Personal Data is a legal or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to conclude a contract.


Place of processing
The Data is processed at the Owner’s headquarters and in all other places where the parties responsible for the processing are located.

Depending on the User’s location, data transfers may result in the transfer of the Data from the User to a country other than his own. To find out more about where these transferred Data are processed, Users can refer to the section that contains details about the processing of Personal Data.

Users also have the right to know the legal basis for transfers of Data to a country outside the European Union or to any international organisation governed by public international law or created by two or more countries, as well as the security measures taken by the Owner to safeguard their Data.

Storage time
Personal Data is processed and stored as long as required for the purpose for which it was collected.

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the implementation of a contract between the Owner and the User must be retained until the full implementation of the contract.

The Personal Data collected for the Owner’s legitimate interests must be retained for as long as necessary to achieve these purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

The Owner may be entitled to retain Personal Data for a longer period of time each time the User has consented to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, the Owner may be required to keep Personal Data for longer periods whenever this is required for the implementation of a legal obligation or on the order of an authority.

Once the retention period has expired, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right of erasure, the right of rectification and the right to data portability cannot be applied after the expiry of the retention period.


Rights of Users

Have their Personal Data deleted or erased. Users have the right, under certain conditions, to obtain the erasure of their Data from the Owner.

Retrieve their Data and transfer it to another data controller. When the Personal Data are processed in the public interest, in the exercise of an official authority vested in the Owner or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner-Users may object to this processing by providing a reason related to their particular situation to justify this opposition.
Users should, however, be aware that if their Personal Data is processed for direct marketing purposes, they may object to such processing at any time without any justification. Usage Data
Information automatically collected by this Application (or by third party services used by this Application), which may include IP addresses or domain names of computers used by Users using this Application, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the server response (favourable result, error, etc.), the country of origin, the browser and operating system characteristics used by the User, the different details relating to the time per visit (e.g. time spent on each page in the Application) and details of the path taken in the Application with a special reference to the sequence of the pages visited, and other parameters concerning the User’s operating system or IT environment.
